Sometimes something catches your eye and you just have to snap it. Sometimes you get the effect you want. Sometimes you don’t, and sometimes you have serendipity.

This was my moment of serendipity.

Taken in Harlow Town Park last Sunday, I wanted to capture the little red plant hiding in the grass. I had no idea until I looked at the shot what I’d actually got.
