Weekly Photo Challenge – Infinite
London is a city of infinite possibilities.. Some of them ancient, some of them modern.
Take this complex – near Fenchurch Street Station, revealed for a few months only…
I love the back of this building.
I love the way there is so much happening that I never see the same thing twice.
I love the way the colour of the stone juxtaposes with the red of the seemingly tiny building to the right; the way it’s so gothic when compared to the glass edifices behind.
And sad that it is, I love the way that this beautiful design will once more be subsumed into the infinite intricacies that make up England’s capital city…

It’s very ‘different’! As you say it changes every time you see something different! Great photo!
Thank you. It’s one of those “snap it or lose it” shots. Any other visit to London and it wouldn’t have been there
It does just seem to work, planted right there where it is.
Sometimes I think architects are daft buggers… sometimes they seem alchemists of the highest order. This is an alchemist moment!
There is so much there, indeed, that should be viewed from a proper distance – but can’t be. Sad. The Thames does what it can to help, though.
