Because it isn’t Black or White…
These two have been close ever since Zorro found kittenish comfort from the big, large, black thing that’s not quite cat.To give him his due, ‘Dog takes it in his stride. And – providing the claws aren’t too long – he’s happy to be paddled by the small, black and white dog that purrs.
It’s obviously a cultural thing!

Oh, gorgeous post. Zorro is a fabulous name for a cat…and thank goodness other cats and dogs get on too. I was beginning to think it was just Macaulay and Bond.
Apparently Rover says this cat/dog friendship nonsense smacks of: “Undignification!”
But: he would … being a criminal mastermind!
